Custom & personalized items
Because our products are custom-decorated to your order (embroidered or printed with your artwork, text, or chosen options), they cannot be returned or exchanged for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or design choices. Please review your selections and proof carefully before approving your order.
If something is wrong
We stand behind our work. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or different from what was approved (our error), contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will remake the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Changes & cancellations
Need to change or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes before production begins; once production has started, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
Non-custom items
Any non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days in new, unused condition; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
