This has to be the best embroidery work I have ever gotten on a product from Etsy! My requested family crest was complex and the seller did such an excellent job with adding to my the bag for my husband. I was very impressed with the quality of the craftsmanship and the embroidery was so clean and top notch! I highly recommend. I will buy again!

Originally, they sent me the wrong style of hat. I reached out to them, and they responded right away! Not only did they remake the hat and ship it at no cost to me, but they let me keep the first hat! Fantastic customer service -- I will absolutely be ordering from them again!

Embroidery looked great, customer service was great, but thread colors were off a bit, two were not the right match to logo, so I had to use a fabric marker to fix lol. Shir fabric was a little thin, I thought would be a bit thicker.
