Products & custom orders

Our products are custom-decorated (embroidered or printed) with the artwork, text, or options you provide. Because items are made to order, please review your design, colors, sizes, and quantities carefully before approving your order.

Your artwork & rights

By uploading a logo, image, or text you represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use it and to have it reproduced on products. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising from artwork you supply. We may decline any order that appears to infringe a third party’s rights or that we deem unlawful or objectionable.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of order. We may refuse or cancel any order (for example, pricing errors or suspected fraud).

Production & turnaround

Production time is in addition to shipping transit time and is confirmed at checkout. Custom decoration begins after your order and any required proof approval.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
