Yes. You’ll preview your design live in our online designer before you order. On orders $250+ we also provide a free physical sew-out (an actual stitched sample) for your approval before production, a step most large shops skip or charge for.
How is pricing calculated?
The garment price plus decoration: $10 for the first location and $8 for each additional. A one-time $35 set-up fee per logo applies, and it’s waived on orders over $250.
How do I customize my product?
Use our live designer: add your logo, text, or monogram, position it on the product, and preview it before you order.
What’s the production turnaround?
Your production lead time is confirmed at checkout. Every piece is made to order and ships from our Cypress studio. Standard shipping is free on orders $35+.
What image files can I upload?
PNG, JPG, and SVG all work. For the cleanest embroidery, a high-contrast vector or a transparent-background PNG is ideal.
