Structured caps: the corporate-logo standard
A structured cap has a stiffened front panel (buckram-backed) that holds its shape on and off the head, which is exactly why it's the standard for company hats and uniforms. That firm, smooth face lets dense logo embroidery sit flat and crisp, with none of the pucker a soft crown can show. Performance versions add moisture-wicking fabrics for crews who work outside. If you want a relaxed, casual profile instead, that's the unstructured dad cap.
Structured or unstructured for a company logo?
Structured, in most cases: the firm panel keeps a detailed logo crisp. Unstructured suits simpler text or a deliberately casual brand.
What logo size fits a cap front?
