Best experience with a custom hat yet! Have low profile flexfit which is rare. Please always stock the low profile flexfit c809 or 6997 (I think flexfit makes the 6997 anymore it seems to be now the port authority c809 which you carry here). You guys are awesome.

My first hat was crumpled, and kinda lacking in quality. Not due to the customization. The port authority hat was just kinda sub par. Sara replaced it with a Richardson style hat. I love it. It’s perfect!! Thank you so much!!
