Seller and quality is amazing! Everything looks and feels high quality. I made some last minute changes and the seller sent out the original designs in error. When contacted they responded immediately, apologetically, and corrected the issue. They sent out two new amended hats with a day or so and let me keep the two incorrect designs (which were still flawless, just not what I envisioned after seeing the mock up). Impeccable service and I will be ordering again as I have a few designs in mind!

The embroidery on the logo we sent came out great. I was really impressed with the quality. And the hat is really soft. My only issue is that it came late. They sent it with plenty of time, it just didn't arrive on time. I contacted the seller letting them know that the tracking said it was delayed and they seller said they would check into it and follow up with me. They never did follow up.
