The item quality is excellent. However I was sent the wrong personalized hat. I contacted the sellers and they made a new one and shipped it. However, I had 6 days before I needed the hat and I did not receive the replacement in time. The sellers could have rushed the shipping since it was their error but they did not. Now I’m at an outdoor hockey tournament without my hat to support my player and Montreal use for the hat going forward. Sad.

TheHatStorebyCypress did a great job making sure I got everything that I wanted, this hat came out so perfect that even my wife was jealous and asked me to have one made for her too. I might just have to do that now, so be careful if you only want 1 hat it might become an addiction and you have to buy more.

I was a bit nervous when ordering because this item hardly had any reviews. But I do not regret it! It’s so comfy, and the custom logo looks amazing!! It looks professional yet custom and stylish. It looks legit. I’m so excited! I’m also happy that it was shipped directly to my door. USPS has been very wonky in my area since the holidays. The only thing is, I wish the sleeves were a bit longer. It would be better proportioned to the entire jacket.
