Working with the hat company was great. Their embroidery is really nice. They were super responsive and worked quickly on an edit. My complaint is the hat itself is WAY too big. I own tons of beanies and this is nothing like anything I've ever seen. This would fit an ape better than a human. Not a bad reflection on the store, I just wouldn't order the Richardson pommed beanie unless you have a Guinness records setting big head.

Paying for this was a complete waste of money because the product came out awful.

I am truly embarrassed for this company regarding the quality of the product they shipped me. The embroidery is absolutely awful and stitches are missing from my logo. The right thing to do would've been to contact me and say you couldn't do this order rather than creating such an awful result. This was a gift but I chose not to give it because of how terrible it looks.

I bought a custom fitted for my father in law as a way of announcing my pregnancy. I got it in black and asked for “worlds dopest grandpa” in white gothic-esque on the front as well as 2012 and 2025 on the left and right side (the birth years of what will be his now two grandchildren). As far as fitted’s come, this one’s a typical hat. Not at all bad quality, and the customization was exactly what I asked for so if you’re worried about the shop getting it wrong I didn’t experience that at all. Shipping was super fast I got it a day before the estimated arrival time, essentially 3 business days after ordering. Would highly recommend as this was the most cost effective custom fitted I found in my search and was worth every penny.
