wow. horrible quality of the lettering. can hardly read what I asked to be printed on the hat. this was a gift and now I am probably going to have to reorder it through another seller on Etsy. buy beware- maybe ask them to send you a proof prior to sending to you? I don't know but horrible quality of the lettering and poor customer service of the Etsy seller to not send a proof prior.

My daughter is very happy with this backpack. It is well made and sturdy, not flimsy thin material. The zippper is strong metal. It has pockets for extras. The seller made sure we were happy with the customization and shipped quickly. I highly recommend!
