Solid SnapBack and perfect design with the lettering. Only downside is that the bottom of the brim is green while the rest is red/black. Other than that would definitely buy from seller again.

Really great produc the embroidery is phenomenal

The hats are delightful! It fit my head & was stretchy enough to fit my husband's head. The customized embroidery was readable and right. We had one difficulty...one hat was missing in the order. But the company was on it when I brought the error to their attention. We received the new hat in less than a week and it was done right. I would definitely order from this company again!!

Great product on this hat as it’s for a child. My adult hat doesn’t fit my head well. It will cause headaches because it’s too tight. Customer service wasn’t as responsive as other Etsy shops I have dealt with in the past. Any questions I had was immediately responded to with an autogenerated response telling me how to create the hat online, nothing that had anything to do with my question. I contacted them several days ago to let them know my hat didn’t fit but they still haven’t contacted me back. I paid $43 for 2 hats. That’s not acceptable for an Etsy shop to be so unresponsive, in my opinion. The quality of the hat and the printing were great. It’s just the sizing and lack of responsive customer service that was a problem for me.

The color and printing is excellent. But, unfortunately, the hat I ordered for myself is much too tight for my head. I actually don’t have a large head either. The other issue was Customer service wasn’t like I’m used to with other Etsy shops. Usually, I can contact the artist themselves and get quick personal responses back. This experience was quite different. My message would get an immediate autogenerated response of how to create the hat. Nothing to do with my actual question. I did let them know the hat doesn’t fit me , several days ago. I’ve gotten no response. I learned a lesson with this experience. I will be more careful on exploring what materials the hat is made of before purchasing. Also, Customer service wasn’t as responsive as I’m used to on Etsy as well Maybe for others, it would be absolutely fine:
