JACKETS ARE SMALL IN SIZES. ONE HAS THE WRONG NAME ON IT. AND IVE ORDERED 20 PLUS AND NEVER RECEIVED A DISCOUNT AT ALL

The hat came in perfectly and exactly as I anticipated!

Great communication, however I ordered the bags in large and only 2 out of 7 of the bags arrived in the right size. I made a few attempts to have them corrected, but no response the vendor.

I saw this cap and decided that I needed to buy this one for one of the guys I needed to buy things for. I waited, and the anticipation made me feel like I was a child and over again. I had so many boxes coming that I had to wait some days until it was like a trinkle of boxes. Then I finally found it, and my heart sank. Where do I start. The 1st thing was that the hat didn't have the alligator print through. I only ordered black because I didn't like the rest that was online. With this hat having the print, it costs more. The 2nd thing is I ordered the hat and only wanted a single name put on it. In doing so, there is so much starch or chalk that it looks horrible. If you can manage to get the with all of this problems there product is submerged.

Customer service was a little slow but didn’t negatively impact the process. The logo on the hat turned out beautifully!! I’m very impressed and couldn’t be more happy with the quality of work.
