Hats took a month to deliver but it was wroth the wait!!

So I wouldn’t normally give this rating but the reason being is because you were so prompt to send a message about which font I didn’t put in which I did just didn’t add the last number….you did not send a photo or anything of what it would look like with the font. Turned out the L looks more like a C. Which I didn’t like. It didn’t meet my expectations. It would have been nice if you sent a copy of the font for the title I chose for my hat. Looks funny looking. I would have changed my mind about the font. But I didn’t hear anything from you. You just made it and sent it. Every Etsy business that made me customized hats, wallets, stickers they always send me a picture to see if I liked it.

Ordered a black hat, so was surprised to see that under the brim is green. Lettering is not as large as I thought it would be and thread color is slightly darker than pictured. Most likely will not be used.

I was super excited when ordering a custom hat from here as a gift for a friend! I ordered the Heather Grey hat with blue font thinking the entire hat would be Heather Greg considering the picture shown shows all grey. Well I guess I should’ve read the small print where they state that the bottom of the bill is GREEN! When the hat arrived I was devastated, only because the person this gift was for absolutely HATES the color green :( I messaged the company to ask ask for a replacement and was going to order the black hat since it has a black under bill, or at least a refund and I would send the bag back, but they declined either offer to help me. So now I have this custom hat that I paid $35 for that’s going to sit in a box forever. I’m honestly super bummed! I’m gonna order a new one from a different company now.
