The custom hat that I ordered exceeded my expectations in every way possible. The quality and craftsmanship of the hat is well above it’s price. Shipping was a breeze and they verified not only my order but made sure it matched what I wanted. I will be ordering from them in the near further!

Extremely happy with my experience with this vendor. I had a complicated embroidery design that other vendors kept rejecting as too detailed. I was at my wits end when I found this vendor on Etsy. Not only did they make it work perfectly, but when I saw the initial proof and realized I'd sent them the wrong version (unbelievable!!), they redid the whole image and sent me a new proof without any problems. I just received the final hats and I love how clean the embroidery is, how the colors really pop, and the quality of the hats. They run a little on the large side, but since they are adjustable I can definitely get it to work with my small head :) I am so excited to share these with the rest of "Team Toller"!!!

You guys did a great job. Love the materials and design. Fits my head perfectly after a minor adjustment. It came exactly as I requested, and I'll be ordering from them again the next time I need a hat or three. Shipping took way too long, though, but I was in no rush, hence the 5-star rating.
