Hat is excellent in appearance and fit . . . but, it took SOOOO long to get it to me . . . but, in the end, it was worth the wait.

I upgraded shipping for it to arrive by a certain date, it did not. They took forever to ship it. I emailed them after to update what was on the side and said I'd pay more, they confirmed they would, but they did not. They shipped it in a bag and the hat was so misshaped by the time it arrived There will be no fixing it or wearing it. When I reached out, they weren't concerned at all about shipping delays.
