They did a great job on the two hats I ordered. The embroidery is very clean, perfect. Initially, I didn't understand the extra cost for "set up" but learned I didn't need it anyway. They were patient in explaining it to me which I appreciated. The red is a nice shade of red which is important to me. I don't like orange red, this is more of a blue red, so it's a deeper red. Yay!

This is the 4th or 5th time I have worked with the shop to create these hats and they are the best product around. The quality cannot be beat and they are SO soft.
