We just got our hats for our new business and absolutely love them! They're very professionally made, came on time and the colors are wonderful. {The only other thing I could have wanted was a faster arrival but I know waiting is part of ordering customized apparel. But these are very well made and worth it!}

Amazing quality and amazing customer service. After I put my official order in, I changed my mind about the color and size several times. They were so accommodating and quick to make those changes for me. They were so patient with my requests and so kind. Definitely will be coming back for more

*never heard from the seller at all. Very disappointed with the shop. Would not purchase from here. I did write to the seller as they changed a capitalization that impacted the design of the jacket. I did not hear back from the seller with an attempt to make it right. The jacket was expensive and I’d probably go somewhere else with embroidery needs when I need another item due to the lack of response from this seller.

Fantastic! I submitted a photo and within 2 days received a photo of the embroidery pattern to be sewn onto the hat I selected. I approved and received the hat in 4-5 days. Highly recommend!
