Absolutely loved the quality. My logo had a lot of small detail which I was worried would get distorted. It’s happened before. Luckily they did such an amazing job it came out look so crisp and the hat quality was amazing

Love the jacket. White is more of a winter white but it’s cool.

I gave a terribly intricate design and they managed to embroider it masterfully. Really impressed to see how all other businesses turned my design down, but Cypress pulled through like a boss.

Its tough because I have a complex logo. They are usually amazing but this time on a small part of the logo there was thread missing and it just made it look like they forgot to sew there. Woulda been happy if it was sewed all the way

We ordered hats for our team walking for St. Jude Children's Cancer Research. These hats arrived BEFORE they were supposed to and the quality is really very, very good! The caps are great quality but the embroidering is super top notch! They got every small detail right. This shop has far exceeded my expectations and we looked great during the walk. The quality is great and the promptness in both response and shipping made this a pleasurable experience. The only reason I didn't give a 5 is because the shirt runs small and I didn't see that indicated anywhere.
