It was absolutely perfect for what I was looking for! Adjustable with a clasp and not velcro, with a high ponytail option that I was able to personalize.

They were either careless with the embroidery or made a mistake and still shipped it. The two of the letters are connected for some reason. Didn’t space it out properly and shipped it anyway

I messaged the seller to “send me a preview of how the hat would look before production” and they said “OK” but they never sent it. That is my only complaint. Other than that, I placed the order on a Monday at 6:34PM & on Thursday at 11:39AM it was delivered. The speedy delivery (without requesting or paying for speedy delivery) was GREAT. And the hat came out good. Overall I’m content.

The custom hat is cute. I made a mistake when ordering which delayed shipping. I requested a shipping upgrade and approved the extra cost. Upgrade was not fulfilled and when I asked why, I never received a response.

Beautiful hat that arrived quickly! This is now our third hat we have gotten for the grandparents and our family loves them!

Had the best experience, was able to order my hats a week or so before and received them fast and they look great! Was unsure of what quality to expect but the hats are very nice and surpassed my expectations. They were also super helpful in the customizing process, would definitely be using them again in the future and highly recommend!
