The hat was shipped when stated by the seller. However the postal service was a different matter. But when I reached out to the seller they responded back quickly and tracked down where my shipment was. I will most definitely order from them again.

My hat arrived quickly and is of nice quality. Had a typo on it but customer service worked with me to resolve the issue. This hat is not for people with overly large heads though. If you wear a XXL fitted hat, then this one will be a tight fit.
