I LOVE my hat! However, I was shocked to see it was shipped in a polymailer. Due to that, it was crushed in transit and mashed flat. Hoping to be able to bend it back into shape.

Was a great gift! The customer service was also excellent - they were super prompt and informative. The material is a bit thin but perhaps that's just common for lab coats. Otherwise, it's well constructed and the embroidery is an excellent touch. OH! And the POCKETS. Great size and several of them.
