Got these hats for a group of 9 people as part of a leadership team project. We love them, the unstructured hat is perfect, the embroidery looks amazing, and the process was easy.

Excellent quality of fabric and the embroidering was perfect! I would only recommend that the Size S is smaller; it's actually pretty large. I would recommend an option to have logo embroidered on back of shirt. Otherwise, excellent cutomer service and very very high quality flannel shirt! Great Gift!! They matched a very specific logo perfectly!
