Very reasonable set-up fee on the business logo. Shop is very easy to work with.

I purchased a jacket with business logo added as a gift. It's a great quality Port Authority jacket that was well worth the price charged. It matched the description and looked even better than the picture. This Etsy shop was really easy to work with on the logo and they hit the mark perfectly. The quality of the logo was outstanding and the colors were spot on. The recipient of the jacket was thrilled and loved it. If you need a logo item, in particular, these folks are great and you'll love whatever they put together for you!

The hat turned out great and had good shipping. My only complaint is that I ordered a black hat and assumed it was all black, but turns out the underside of the bill was green and that info was not shown anywhere in the ordering menu or images. I hope the shop updates their menu to show this info so future buyers aren't surprised like this. I also hope there's an all black color option added in the future.

I ordered a custom baseball cap. I am beyond happy with the final result. It turned out amazing. I’m so excited to wear it.

The cap is great except you monogrammed the directions. What person would want “in a basketball” or “in a baseball” monogrammed onto the side of a cap? Did you all read what you were putting on the cap?!

The quality of these hats is great and the embroidered logo is even better. Good communication - would definitely purchase from this store again.
