This hat is definitely not a L/XL. I have 2 in the same style and brand that fits like L/XL is supposed to. When I ordered there was a glitch that didn’t show the sizes or colors so I thought I was supposed to write them in. Shop messaged me and told me the L/XL was out of stock. I asked just for a refund then. However then they told me they found one one in the back. I’m a bit skeptical if they just changed the label from s/m or if this was a defective hat that was sitting in the back for a reason. It’s definitely not a L/XL but I’m going to just give it away as a gift.

Second time ordering. Product is absolutely great. 1st time customer service was excellent. 2nd time with a much Bigger order and it Took 3 weeks of back & forth beyond frustrating communication to get my order placed. If the product wasn’t so good I would’ve given less stars. Too bad cuz the 1st time was a breeze & product is so good, I loved the product every time, but the constant bot responses & ability to not understand my order the second time left a bad taste in my mouth.
