Excellent quality and perfect for team gifts

My hats arrived with the logo the wrong color despite paying for the pre-approval /design sign off. I can’t find a way to teach the seller about this issue. Quality is good product as is is useless for our business

I got this as a gift for my boss and he loves it! I ordered it late so I didn't get it in time for the holiday, but the shop was very accommodating and did their best to try and help me.

Please note the hat is not round. It’s a bit square but cute.

Embroidery done really well and to my specifications. Material is too thin. I was expecting a heavier (regular) fleece jacket.

This product was great! It was good quality and the mock up and sew out process was quick and easy. My only complaint was that the delivery was delayed, but I would guess that was more on USPS during the busy holiday season, which is to be expected. Thank you!

I ordered the blue button down shirt with our customized logo. It arrived within days and well-packaged! From the point of approving the logo to receiving the shirt, you couldn't ask for better customer service. The shirt is awesome and the logo is beautifully done! I know my husband is going to love it!

This jacket is cheap quality. It’s thin, flimsy, and poor quality. Customer service was fantastic, but the quality of this fleece is terrible.

Very friendly and prompt customer service. The shirts are good quality and the embroidery was excellent. We will definitely be ordering more shirts with our logo through this store. The one thing to keep in mind, though, is that there isn't a backing on the inside of the shirt to prevent the embroidery from rubbing against skin. It's not a big deal unless you happen to have sensitive skin. If you do, then this may be worth considering.
