The quality of the item is wonderful but I contacted customer service and was responded to diligently; requesting to make the logo the same colors and designs as the bill of the hat and they said that they would make those changes but when I got it, they didn’t make those changes so I’m a little upset.

Love my hat, since I’ve let my hair grow out I now have a ponytail, and it was very uncomfortable, putting on my caps with my ponytail, so this is a gray hat for me.
